Appearance - Pours a deep gold with three fingers of bubbly white head.
Smell - Grassy and spicy hops, yeast, citrus (lemon), grainy and biscuity malts, and touch of hay.
Taste - Moderately bitter grassy and spicy hops, followed by notes of citrus fruit, then supported by the malts and grains. Bitterness lingers on the tongue for quite some time.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Dry finish.
Overall - A pilsner that certainly delivers on all levels of the spectrum. I like how this beer is hop forward without losing the other elements of the style.

Poured into a pint glass. After an "aggressive" pop of the cap in the hopes of witnessing a world of smoke as well as foam there was little, if any. The foam slowly crept for the mouth of the bottle and barely got there. Poured a nice, deep opaque gold with maybe a finger and a half of foam. Foam dissipated rather quickly and leaves a bit of lacing if one was to tilt the glass. Smell is front end hops with a tinge of say, pine, bread yeast, wet grass and citrus. The nose is "right there" meaning I wished it would linger a bit longer upon smelling. Mouthfeel is full with nice, tight carbonation, not a watery pilsner at all. Fantastic hop hit at the initial gulp, then citrus, followed by the hop hit. Perfect "medium" mouthfeel; not watery and not a thick headcaver of a drink. Every mouthful satisfies and you should love the hops finish that lingers on the tongue. They say this is limited production so if it's in your capacity to snag some, snag some.

Well i am a IPA but Pilsner's are my 2nd fav beers and this one is very good.
I tried there Pil at the Pentiction beer Fest in B.C. Canada nice booth and a nice guy running it.
Its a Pilsner with hops and a kick,a nice nose and crisp and clean feel.
