Serving: 375 ml bottle carefully poured into a wine glass.

Appearance: Slightly hazy reddish-brown garnet with a short, dense cap of off white foam.

Smell: Aromas of barrel booze and vanilla, sour plums, dark malt and funk.

Taste: Unexpectedly harmonious blend of sour and sweet plum fruit, earthy and funky Brett, and whisky barrel oak, char, vanilla and booze.

Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation and slight alcoholic heat.

Overall: A nice boozy blend and barrels, Brett and plums.
