Poured a 12-oz can into a pint glass. Aroma rather suggestive of homemade mead. Color is a decent standard beer yellow. The head disappeared fast. The taste is a very nicely balanced malt, with no obvious hoppiness. A mild malt aftertaste. The alcohol doesn't predominate, which, given that the ABV is not stated, could mean there isn't much. But it is there, as indicated by a persistent pleasant buzz after a couple swallows. The aftertaste is pretty undistinguished but pleasant. I would recommend this highly for lawn chair in the sun or a good rousing football game. This is not beer for the discriminating, but it is definitely a nice casual brew. 1.99 for a 6-pack? This is the golden age of casual beer drinking.
