Copenhagen 30/3 2018. 75 cl capped bottle from SuperBrugsen. A ram with what looks like 3D glasses and a thick Gold Necklace with the Brand name on the label.
Pours clear amber with a medium sized bubbly white head. Settles as a thin white layer of foam. No lacing to speak of.
Aroma is sweet and boozy. Heavy on the sweet malt with caramel, light roast and grains. Metallic alcohol chiming in. Sour boozy notes.
Medium strong carbonation and medium thick texture.
Flavor is quite sweet. Sugary feel. Followed by medium bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lightly roasted. Light metallic notes from the alcohol.
A malty and boozy experience despite the modest ABV. As a Bock should be.
