On tap at a seafood restaurant in Østerby Havn, Læsø. Pale golden colour, moderate white head. "Clean" pilsener aroma and flavour, refreshing when cold. A little more bittering hops would not hurt, though.

Pours a darker golden-amber color with a smaller, stable head, slowly collapsing to a coating lacing atop the liquid.
Smells of soft wheat, lighter dried garden herbs and a more subtle toffee and caramel sweetness.
Has a well nuanced, light bodied balance to it, with a late bubbly carbonation spark, creating a nice refreshment throughout.
Tastes of crackers, fresh white bread dough, lightly toasted grains and toffee wrapped dry hops. The hops then turn more prominent, dryer with a nice bitter touch to them, highlighted by the lively, soft carbonation in this. Finishes with a maintaining hop presence, turning a tad more herbal with supportive caramel malts and a note of wild honey.
Surprisingly well brewed Pilsener with a great balance and hop dryness to it.
