Copenhagen 7/3 2020. 50 cl bottle from Føtex, Vibenhus Runddel, Kbh. Ø. Orange label in the Anarkist brands usual design featuring a half blood orange getting pierced by a paw.
Pours hazy orange with a medium-sized white head. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam barely covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is intense, fresh and citric. Peach, orange, tangerine. Light fermentation. White sugar. Wheat malt. Light odor of citrus and lime.
Strong carbonation. Thin, oily, tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense. Medium sweetness followed by a slightly more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste bitter-sweet with a light overweight to the bitterness. Lingers for a while.
Nice and very fruity take on a Weizen. They actually seem to mean all the stuff they write about Blood Orange on the label.

500 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 5.2%, IBU 15. Cloudy brownish-yellow colour, moderate white head. Aroma of wheat, blood oranges and other citrus fruits, a hint of cloves. Citric and somewhat fizzy mouthfeel. Slightly sweet flavour, again of blood oranges and other citrus fruits, hints of cloves and very moderate hops.
*Now sampled the new can version with 35 IBU. Significantly more bitter, otherwise the same.
