Copenhagen 31/7 2023. 33 cl can from Føtex, Mimersgade, Kbh. N. A brown can with pink roses and some rusty shackles. As "Theodor Schiøtz Anarkist Hazy Juice"
Pours unclear yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as 2 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with sweet lemonade mingling with sour citrus fruit. Oranges and white sugar. Citrus and grapefruit.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness for by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a boozy undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Pretty light for a DIPA. But a fine summer brew.
