Copenhagen 3/8 2022. 44 cl can from Meny, Østerfælled Torv, Kbh. Ø. Green can with a couple of Skulls made out of Limes - one with a straw protruding.
Pours opaque hazy golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin, flimsy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a tart citric odor mingling with a bit of stone fruits. Peach and apricot. Lime and citrus.
Low carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by and balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
A bit generic take on a NEIPA.
