Copenhagen 19/6 2015. 33 cl can from Rema 1000, Frederikssundsvwj, Kbh. NV. Green version of Royal Unibrew's usual beer can design.
Pours clear yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as a thin layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Almost no lacing.
Aroma is sweetish malts. Pale sweet malts, bread and a hint of cardboard. Whiff of sour grains.
Strong carbonation. Thin, lively and tingling texture. A bit fizzy.
Flavor is thin and watery. Rather anonymous. A little bit of cardboard. Slightly bitter and sharp aftertaste.
"Biodynamic" should not mean totally uninspiring. It is refreshing on a hot summer day. But so is water.
