Copenhagen 9/2 2025. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Green can with a Phone Booth made out to be a Ballroom with a Disco Ball.
Pours clear, golden yellow with a midsized white head. Frothy. Settles as a paper thin layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with a grassy, citric bitter scent and a light touch of salt. Sweet pale malts, bread. Grass and lime. A little sharp.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a bit. Finish is rather dry.
Decent and dry take on a Czech Pilsener.
