Anarkist has entered into a collaboration with Meny to develop a series of unique beers during 2023.
In September, the choice has fallen on a Salty Caramel Milk Stout. Based on a classic milk stout/sweet stout - an easy-drinking dark beer with good body - and a twist of the good combination of salt and caramel, we want to create the perfect autumn beer that can be enjoyed both on its own or as a supplement to sweet cuisine.

Copenhagen 31/10 2023. 33 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. C. Dark blue can in the usual chaotic Anarkist design with a blue hand holding a bottle containing a tree and an eye ball.
Pours opaque dark brown with a small off-white head. Thin rim of foam running along the side of the glass. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet candy-like odor. Sweet caramel, toffee, brown sugar, salted caramel. Whiff of hazelnut.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet with a salty undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is sugar and salt. A bit dry.
Sweet and candy-like with a touch of salt.
