Inspired by the American West Coast IPAs, but lighter in alcohol, body and bitterness. Instead, it has a more pronounced citrus hop aroma, complemented by added grapefruit from peel and concentrate.

Copenhagen 10/3 2021. 33 cl bottle from Føtex, Husum Torv, Husum. Red label with a Pegasus on a cart. Seems to be the new fad for the Lottrup brand Greek paraphernalia.
Pours clear amber with a small, bubbly white head. Settles as thin remnants of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a fairly strong malty odor mingling with citric notes. Caramel and cardboard. Grapefruit and citrus. Dry vibe.
Strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively, almost fizzy texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger tart bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a bit. Finish is dry.
More grapefruit flavoring than Indian Pale Ale. But if you like your grapefruit dry it is not too bad.
