With Oceanic Haze we have brewed a fruity IPA with a focus on hops from a specific terroir. This time we have sourced the best hops we could find from Oceania. Nelson Sauvin (NZ), Motueka (NZ) and Galaxy (AU) give a complex aroma with notes of white wine grapes, peach, tropical fruits, citrus lime, apple and melon. The alcohol percentage is moderate to give space for the hops to develop. Refreshing with a good body and balancing bitterness.

Copenhagen 13/2 2021. 50 cl bottle from Føtex, Mimersgade, Kbh. N. Usual design for the Anarkist brand with a Squid and a Gull. Very oceanic.
Pours murky orange with a mid-sized white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweetish odor of malt and a little fruitiness. Light citric notes. Sweet pale malts. A bit of peach and melon. Citrus and lime.
Medium carbonation. Thin, watery, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is moderately intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Lingers shortly. Finish is semi-dry.
Fairly light and a bit sweetish Session IPA.
