The starting point is a classic Witbier, but this beer has been given a 'classic' Lottrup touch through American and New Zealand aroma hops.

Copenhagen 3/2 2021. 33 cl bottle from Føtex, Mimersgade, Kbh. N. Brown label with drawing of a man with a lion head pouring the contents of an amfora on the floor. Not completely satisfied with his beer, I suppose.
Pours murky amber with a small white head. Settles as thin layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweetish, lemonade-ish odor. Sweet orange, peach and white sugar. Light citrus peeking in. Weird smell of cold cut in the background.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, watery, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is moderately intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a lighter tart bitterness. Aftertaste is thin and sweetish. Lingers shortly. Finish is tart and semi-dry.
A bit on thin and watery side.
