To celebrate the arrival of brighter times and pay homage to the holiday season, we have brewed a New England style IPA that offers plenty of tropical fruit notes like mango, pineapple and citrus. The taste follows suit with a juicy and full-bodied mouthfeel, balanced by a refreshing hop bite.

Copenhagen 12/4 2025. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Yellow can in the usual Anarkist brand design this time with a cracking green egg as motif.
Pours unclear, almost opaque, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a thin patchy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, slightly fermented odor of tropical fruits mingling with a sharp and little rough citric, bitter scent. Mango, Passionfruit and Pineapple. Hints of fermentation. Tart berries and Grapefruit
Light carbonation Slightly thick, oily soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a notable sweet undertone. Finish is semi-dry.
A little rough around the edges.
