Collaboration with Meny Lauget.
Are you tired of the radiator-warm port wine that's thick as beef blood with your ris a la mande?
Together with Meny Øllaug, we've created a beer that will go really well with your ris a la mande. Namely, a lovely and fresh Berliner Weisse with lots of cherries from Frederiksdal Gods.

Copenhagen 26/12 2023. 33 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Purple can with a hand holding a laboratory bottle containing a eyeball wearing a Christmas cap, a finger and some snowy weather.
Pours clear burgundy with a mid-sized pink head. A bit bubbly. Settles as 0,2 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of cherries and white sugar. Butter, tart yoghurt and tart currants.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is tart and a bit sour. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
A Very flavored Berliner Weisse.
