Christmas is the celebration of the heart, and we have put all our heart and soul into this IPA.
Anarkist Santa's Fruit is based on our good experiences with Hazy IPAs - here, of course, a little Christmas spirit is added in the form of the classic citrus fruit, mandarin. Added in generous amounts, mandarin gives a fantastic boost to the already fruity hop profile, and at the same time provides a fullness and sweetness that is perfect for getting in a good mood on the cold Christmas days.

Copenhagen 7/12 2021. 50cl bottle from SuperBrugsen, Brønshøj Torv, Brønshøj. Green label in the usual Anarkist brand design with some oranges skewered by cloves wrapped ina ribbon.
Pours opaque, hazy, pale yellow with a small, bubbly head. Settles as thin, almost transparent head unable of covering the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, odor of stone fruit mingling with sweet oranges and sharper citric fumes. Peach and apricot. Orange. Grape fruit and citrus.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly more moderate citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Solid flavores Indian Pale Ale with a fine sourish touch of mandarin.
