Copenhagen 27/11 2021. 50 cl bottle from Meny, Østerfælled Torv, Kbh. Ø. Light green label with a hidden figure with a hat lurking in the bushes.
Pours opaque, hazy, golden orange with a small, bubbly white head. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a prominent odor of ripe, tropical frits mingling with a more subtle citric scent. Orange lemonade, mango, peach and pineapple. Lemon and lime.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Overall solid IPA with a healthy dose of wheat malt.
