After having been to Germany and Slovenia with European Haze, and to Australia and New Zealand with Oceanic Haze, it's now time for the US.
We've got our hands on some of the newest hop varieties, Sabro and El Dorado, even in Cryo form - a concentrated pellet where a larger amount of plant material has been removed to get more hop oil in the tank. The result is this hop bomb with a strong aroma, full body and relatively low alcohol percentage.

Copenhagen 1/3 2022. 50 cl bottle from Kvickly, Brønshøj Torv, Brønshøj. Usual Anarkist design with a rendering of very American boots on the label.
Pours opaque hazy yellow with a small white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of stone fruit with a sugary touch mingling with a more subdued citric scent. Peach and mango. Orange marmalade. Lemon and citrus.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a bit. Finish is a bit dry.
Quite intense for a session IPA and not without bitter bite.
