Inspired by classic Belgian blonde ales, this beer has been given a 'US Belgo' character by a solid aroma hopping with Cascade and Citra. The beer is slightly sweet with a distinctive malt body and intense hop flavor. Medium to high hop bitterness and a long, complex finish with hops, sweetness and malt.

Copenhagen 29/5-2019. 75 cl bottle from Føtex, Vibenhus Runddel, Kbh Ø. The tired eyes of Malthe Conrad Lottrup on the dark blue and yellow label.
Pours clear, golden yellow with a medium-sized white head. Settles as thin but full layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense, sweet and with an acerbic touch. Caramel, light odor of peach, dusty hops. Sharp sour, citric notes.
Medium carbonation. Thin but oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is more bitter with a sweet undercurrent and a touch of yeast. Semi-dry finish.
Decent imitation of a lightly hoppy Belgian style Ale.
