Copenhagen 11/12 2018. 50 cl bottle from Meny, Østerfælled Torv, Kbh Ø. Guy with wooden spoon penetrating his head and dripping with honey while a colony of bees is colonizing his chin.
Pours golden amber with fairly big white head. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is sweetly lemonade-like with strong citric notes. Exotic fruit. Mango, papaya and sweet peach. Strong notes of citrus and lemon. Light touch of honey.
Strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, tingling texture.
Flavor is moderately sweet followed by stronger tart bitterness. Aftertaste s tartly bitter. Lingers for a bit. Dry finish.
Nice IPA. Brittle and citric with a light honey touch.
