Copenhagen 3/12 2017. 75 cl bottle from SuperBrugsen. Red and golden label with intricate patterns and the logo of the Lottrup brand (an 8 pronged star) in gold.
Pours golden yellow with white head. Settles as thin layer of foam covering the surface of the beer with frothy rim along the side of the glass. Very moderate lacing.
Aroma is intense and harsh. Grains, sour mash and alcohol. Quite dry bordering on the unforgiving.
Soft carbonation and slightly thick palate.
Flavor is medium sweet but is soon overcome by prominent bitterness. A little harsh. Aftertaste is bitter and finish dry.
A hard and unforgiving Majesty.
