This beer is a real zig in a world full of zags. As Theodor Schiøtz has taught us, the way to better solutions is often to break with habitual thinking. We have brewed this seductive Pale Ale with Simcoe and Mosaic hops. And for something completely unique, we have added ginger.

Copenhagen 18/12 2017. 50 cl bottle from Meny. Couple of free-floating ladies legs and high heeled shoes on fire. Very surrealistic.
Pours clear golden yellow with a bubbly white head. Settles as a thin layer of foam exactly covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is dominated by ginger. Some sweet fruit hovering in the background. Citrus and toothpaste.
Medium strong carbonation and watery palate.
Flavor is lightly sweet followed by stronger bitterness. Aftertaste of cool toothpaste and bitterness.
It is exactly what it says on the label - A pale ale with prominent ginger flavor. A bit too much ginger for my taste.
