Royal Stout is a beautiful beer with a deep, brownish-black color and a dense, light brown head. It is brewed with pilsner and Munich malts as well as dark roasted color malts, which gives the beer a dark, mild and fresh taste.
Royal Stout has an alcohol percentage of 7.7 and tastes best when it is not served too cold. Put the beer on the table for a cozy barbecue or enjoy it on the terrace in good company.

Glostrup 3/1-2016. 33 cl bottle at Cafe Dalle Valle. Dark almost black label in Royal Unibrew's usual design with the name of the beer in light blue.
Pours opaque dark brown with small beige head. Disappears fairly fast leaving only patches of foam. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is of roasted malts, raisins, nuts, brown sugar and something a little chemical like glue.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor medium intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste has a medium strong coffee bitterness.
Quite all right for a Royal.
