Copenhagen 7/5 2015. 50 cl bottle from Netto, Lygten, Kbh. NV. New line of beer from Ceres with a pretty cool design with a black stripe with the name in a curved script and this time a dark red background.
Pours clear amber with a small yellowish head. Stable only slowly settling into a thin layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fruity and slightly acidic. Peach and melon. Tart notes.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, oily, lively texture.
Flavor is malty sweetness followed by a bit of citrus fruit with some slightly perfumed notes. Rather subdued bitterness in the aftertaste which lasts quite long.
Not bad - but maybe a bit too timid.
