A-Bright yellow...nice fluffy white head.

S-Slight BO...some spicing...barnyard yeast...nothing outstanding but ok

T-Crisp wheat malt...lemons..orange peel...lightly spiced...

M-Light-to-medium..slightly acidic and tart..

D-Not one of my favorite T beers...not bad would rank near the bottom of the beers I have had from this place.

Appearance: Cloudy vanilla cream color. Perfect. Thick white head. Great retention and lace properties. Looks the part. Eye Candy.

Aroma: Good aroma. Not as bright and vibrant as I'd like to see, but still good. Earthy and spicy. Corriander. Some orange. Zesty wheat. Pretty good overall.

Flavor/Mouthfeel. Lemony flavor with backdrops of spicy wheat and orange peel. Black pepper and corriander mix it up a little. Something unique here. I think cardamon was used and it's evident. Not to a big extent, but nonetheless, evident. It adds a nice touch in the dose that was used. Good flavor. Medium to medium-full body. Moderate amounts of carbonation.

Drinkability: Good wit. Different, but good. The cardamon adds a little something extra. Solid.

Appearance - Cloudy dull gold. Thin white head.

Smell - Light sweet malt and lemon/citrus. Maybe just a hint of spice.

Taste - Mild malt sweetness. Followed quickly by a light sour citrus flavor. Crisp and refreshing.

Mouthfeel - Medium. Appears normal for style.

Drinkability - Just the beer for a summer afternoon. Crisp, refreshing and not overly sweet. Plus it's from one of my favorite breweries. And it's only available on site, making me feel like an insider.
