A - Yellow beer with some nice carbonation bubbles and a bit of a white head that left a thin ring.

S - Some bready malts, a bit of noble hops.

T - Taste is very light, crisp, and refreshing. There is a nice balance between the grassy and floral hops as well as the pale malts. would have liked a bit more flavor but what this beer does works just fine.

M - Crisp, lighter bodied, appropriate carbonation.

O - Refreshing and very sessionable. Not the best Czech Pilsner I've ever had but this is a nice beer I don't have any complaints about.

My thoughts on Big Chop aside, this is an excellent Czech Pils. Decent foamy head that dissapates to a thin ring around the circumference of the glass. Light, bready aroma that is nice and not overwhelming. Flavor is very well balanced with fruity, light malts and sharp saaz hop flavor. Crisp to the point that it sort of bites your tongue (in a good way). Color is deep gold. A slightly darker pils than usual, but I really love the color!!

Grab a growler of this stuff!

A solid Czeck Pils. Poured out to a crisp and slightly cloudy brassy orange color with a small head of white foam. Aromas of hops and malt. Very crisp, this brew really gave me the notion that it was recently brewed, perhaps less than 48 hours ago. Taste was crisp and biting, yet totally enjoyable; mild malty flavors blended with a touch of lemony sweetness that gave way to crisp hops. Nice. Mouthfeel was medium bodied and the carbonation gave an extra boost to the taste buds. Drinkability is good. One of the better Pilsners i've had this season. Recommended.
