12oz bottle aquired in trade.

Poured a medium and cloudy golden color with a large sized (4.5 finger) off white head. Aromas of bananas, cloves, wheat, some citrus, and yeasty. Tastes of bananas, spices (cloves and peppery), and citrus. Clean and dry finish with very light lacing left on the glass.

Pour is hazy straw with big, puffy white head. Aroma is pretty great...bananna, orange, lemon, spice and yeast. Flavor is crisp hops and fairly dry. Very good. Clean and refrshing. Smooth and probably my favorite wheat brew. Unfortunately both bottles of mine are now history.

First had this at the MI winter beer festival then I tracked it down at the source.

A - Very Cloudy Yellow with a good head and retention

S - Predominantly malty smell.

T - A good light clove taste. You can taste the alcohol in this one.

M - Definitely on the heavy side. Carbonation is perfect.

D - Amazingly drinkable for an Imperial running at 7%. I am not sure if this is a true session beer but for the content it is much more acceptable than you would think

A great hefeweizen that you can taste the extra punch but still gives great balance.
