A delicious, light spring beer that matches the season with its fresh and bright character, created for the many spring holidays and the associated lunches with family and friends. In the best Schiøtz tradition, we have added Nordic fruit and flora. Typically Schiøtz.

Copenhagen 3/3 2021. 50 cl bottle from Irma, Smedetoften, Kbh. NV. Grey and orange label with the grumpy portrait of Theodor Schiøtz, the founder of the Albani Breweries.
Pours unclear golden orange with a big, fluffy white head. Settles as thin but consistent layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a fruity sweet odor with a herbal touch. Oxidized apples, citrus. A bit of sugar and butter. Floral notes.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a light sourness. Aftertaste is sweet and lingers for a while. Finish is sweet and a bit sugary.
Lemonade-ish and not overly herbal.
