On tap at the Deepwater in Ashland.
Clear copper, some head that left nice lacing.
Smells primarily of roasted malts, slight hop note.
Roasted malts in the taste, but then a nice grapefruit taste kicks in. Nicely balanced.
Mouthfeel smooth, medium carbonation.
This was a nicely balanced beer. The hops add a lot, yet they are not dominant. I'll definitely look for more of this.

Poured from the tap at the brewery. Called "Alt Beer" on the beer board on the wall.
Appearance: A clear deep golden almost brown color. Good carbonation with a soap bubble white head that didn't last long but laced nicely.
Smell: Floral hops with some nice roasted malts underneath.
Taste: Hops up front with a grapefruit-like citrus flavor, followed by sweeter roasted malts and a touch of hops bitterness on the tongue. Very nice balance of flavors.
Mouth Feel: Crisp, dry and good carbonation.
Drinkability: Very drinkable. Could easily do a session with this...and I will, I grabbed a growler to go (along with a growler of the "Honey Pilsner", which I have yet to try).
