Cloudy pale yellowish with a ring of head.
Smells of spices, and light fruits with a wheaty yeasty presence.
I pick up wheat, spices (coriander?), pineapple, and black pepper in the taste.
Mouthfeel somewhat dense, bubbly carbonation.
This was pretty good, and on par for the style. Not quite up to the standards set by South Shore's Tripel, but I'd have it again.
