We call ours "Cheq" after the Chequamegon Bay* on which we located our pilot and production breweries.

*It's pronounced shə-WAH-mə-gan but Shenanigan Bay is more our culture up here in the Great Nort'.

Slightly cloudy pale yellow, decent head with some lacing.

Smells fresh, herbal hop notes.

Pilsener malt, supported by fresh herbal and peppery hop notes. Lacking flat grainy or grassy notes that plague some pilseners.

Medium mouthfeel and carbonation.

I was quite surprised by this. I'm not a big pilsener fan at all, in fact, this is probably my favorite one. Nice use of hops here, this one was fresh and interesting, I could drink it all night.
