Much recommended and very local, had this at a bayside hotel bar in Ashland, WI and you'll be hard pressed to find it elsewhere, but get it and drink it if you can! Rivals the Spotted Cow!

Crystal clear pale yellow, nice frothy head, some lacing.
Toasty bready smell.
Toasty bready notes, herbal hops, grain, cherrios, clean finish. Pretty classic pilsener.
Medium mouthfeel, very crisp feeling.
I'm not a huge pilsener fan, but this was simple and clean, not bad. Happy to see South Shore supporting homebrewers.
