Mediocre brew overall due to an unimpressive body and over imposing rotten flesh like yeasts but it does offer some niceties. Hidden deeply within this brew are some nice pear and banana notes and that hint of lemon that one might associate with hefeweizens. Very easy to drink. Strawlike color is right on too. Head is weak and doesnt last.

Average is pushing it with this one...wheat whisps on the nose...very light bodied with a tangy finish....very low carbonation in the mouth...an OK beer but I wouldn't recommend it..some wheat malt notes on the taste but overall the low carbonation really kills this beer...

This chill-hazed straw colored brew throws out a medium white head with some good retention. Huge bready yeast aroma. Nice. Underlying wheat also. The same breadiness is perceived on the palate as well. This beer is described by the brewery as an Ameriacan Style Wheat. There is some wheat malt detected, but not a lot. Very nondescript taste. Easy to drink though. Probably my least favorite of the Slab City offerings.
