I got a bottle of this beer off the single shelf from the Woodman's in Onalaska, Wisconsin just outside of La Crosse. The scent had subtle grain and white grape notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with grain and light malt presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a good beer.

Pours a clear medium copper with moderate head resolving in thin lacing.
Smell is slightly fruity/apple.
Taste is grassy, then tart with a pleasantly fruity/bitter finish.

Hard to describe this beer. I agree with one review that it has a cider look and smell. I thought it was relatively smooth and appreciated low abv. Not an earth shattering ale but easy to drink, as name suggests. I wont run to pick up more but wont turn one away

12 FL. OZ bottle
Served in a nonic pint glass
This beer pours like a cider. It is the color of apple juice and slightly hazy. The head was fleeting leaving no trace of its existence.
I get a little spiciness from the yeast along with biscuit aroma.
It has some fruitiness and a lemongrass taste.
Moderate mouthfeel with low carbonation.
This beer doesn't taste horrible, but it is not great. It looks flat as soon as I pour it. There is just not a lot going on with this beer.

Woody's Easy Ale
Pours bright gold with frothy 2 finger head.
The nose is dull. Not really getting much of anything. Maybe some faint grassy smell.
Taste reveals some grassy and strawlike flavor. Then more of an apple cider like flavor. Sweet and a bit of tart. More of the cut grass continues but predominately fruity ester flavors. barely there bitterness on the back end, but rounds it out nicely.
Really clean and light. Medium carbonation.
My first thought when having this was that it's like a carbonated apple cider. Not sure if it's because I just had a Brown Shugga. But nonetheless, this is a crisp and clean brew, and is pretty tasty. The grass and pilsner like qualities play off the esters well. Just doesn't carry much aroma.
