This beer is cloudy and murky. Dark golden orange in color. Nice aroma of cloves and pepper. Taste is pretty spicy. Pepper in the forefront and cloves in the background. Some slight vanilla and banana tones mix in nicely. The mouthfeel is a little undercarbonated. This brew came from a growler. Body is about medium. Slides down the hatch fairly effectively. There's a slight bitterness here that I'm not used to in Hefe weizens, but it's not obtrusive at all. Fits in quite nicely actually. Decent brew from one of the smallest breweries in Wisconsin.
