As is tradition here at Dark Star, we have blasted off our special release plan for the year in style by dry hopping a batch of our classic Hophead- this time with lashings of Wai-iti hops from New Zealand. This brings a stone fruit, lime citrus aroma of the beer, which balance beautifully with the classic Hophead Malt base of Extra Pale malt and Caramalt, Not forgetting of course the elderflower hit from the cascade hops. A stellar Hophead, as you have never seen it before.

440ml can. Dark Star’s mainstay beer (HopHead) dry-hopped with Wai-iti hops. Super pale, nicely dry and delicate. The NZ hop adds a distinct lime flavour. Not particularly a standout but, at 3.8%, it’s an excellent summer afternoon thirst-quencher. Easy-drinking fun.
