Whilst orbiting into a dawn, 261 miles above a cloudy Pacific Ocean, we were inspired to brew an IPA worthy of the magnificent view before us. A blend of wheat and pils malt creates a crisp base that is the perfect platform for our South Pacific hop varieties. Nelson Sauvin and Galaxy adding top notes of white grapes, the beer finishes dry and refreshing. A stellar brew that’s as bright as the sunlight bouncing off the ocean below.
