Brewed on a distant planet where the atmosphere is always subzero. We brewed this IPA using lager yeast then loaded it with a New Zealand and American hop blend. It's crisp, dry and packed with gooseberry, lime and citrus.

440ml can.
L: Clear, honey-gold with clouds of microbubbles. One finger of cream head leaves rings of lacing. Looks a treat.
S: Simpkins barley sugar drops.
T: Butterscotch and lime. Kind of floral. Moderate bitterness. Semi-sweet.
F: Super smooth and oily mouthfeel with a drying finish.
O: Like an English golden ale but extra clean and extra hoppy. Antithesis of the ubiquitous NEIPA, and all the better for it.
