Fluffy white head above the bubble filled clear golden beer. Pungent herbal hop aroma is similar to the Helles, but more delicate. The flavor is reminiscent of the aroma. Herbal, almost grassy hops combine with a solid bitterness and alcoholish flavors. The bitterness fades into the finish and allows a glimpse of the underlying pale malt base. Mouthfeel is crisp, clean, and light. A nice crisp Pils that is packed full of hops. What's not to like?
