1/2 G growler. Prefilled.
Golden under piles and piles of white froth. Glacier-like recession.
Raw honey, buttered kiwi, tart apples, and herbally hopped (?) nose.
Begins with a pale, soft malt. Cracker-like and quite dry. Turns increasingly tart as both lime juice and green apples are noted. Doughier midsection with yeasty flourishes. Jasmine and herb begins to shine about 3/4th of the way through. Floral blossoms and herbal. Ends with a continuation in the herbal direction from the light, but steadfast hops. Ends dry, with just a subtle honey remainder.
Light bodied and downable. I'd guess pretty low in strength too. The overall tartness, which initially provides intrigue, begins to interfere after a while. This is still a solid summer quaffer, albeit two months too late.
