Bottle to becher pint glass.
The appearance was a milky brown color with a finger's worth of white foamy head that slid off pretty quick. The lacing was spotty and tried to cling but slid for the most part.
The aroma had some sweet to roasty sort of nuttiness playing with some milk chocolate, coffee bean sweetness and a hint of roast coming about. Sly earthy crisp hoppiness underneath.
The flavor was mainly sweet with an accompanying roasty nuttiness tasting pretty nice. Aftertaste was smooth and nutty sweet.
The mouthfeel was almost medium bodied as it seemed to sit just a touch under. Carbonation did feel nice. ABV felt appropriate. Semi-quick sweet sort of nutty finish.
Overall, pretty nice English styled brown ale that I would have again.

From the bottle. Love the name! Medium light brown body. Nutty aroma. Taste is fairly bitter, with a nutty flavor. Light crisp body. Good easy drinker.
