Look: Very hazy dark American stout. Not jet black—there’s a hint of red at the bottom—but it’s deep, rich, and dense. The haziness doesn’t hide the fact that this is a serious malt-forward beer.
Smell: Fudgy chocolate malt dominates, with subtle notes of roasted coffee and vanilla. It smells indulgent but natural—not artificial—which immediately sets expectations for the complexity to come.
Taste: The chocolate is the star here—somewhere between semi-sweet and milk chocolate, toggling into melted, luxurious richness. It’s layered: roasted nuts, lightly burnt popcorn kernels, black patent malt, faint caramel, and even a whisper of orange zest. A touch of natural bitterness keeps it balanced, but the focus is that decadent chocolate. Every sip is contemplative and rewarding, like liquid fudge that somehow still manages to be lively.
Feel: Silky and round, with chocolate weight and smoothness. It’s rich without being cloying, bitter without being harsh, and perfectly matches the sweetness and roast of the malt.
Overall: This is a chocolate-forward American stout done right. The layering and complexity are exceptional, and it’s indulgent while still tasting like real beer. The chocolate flavor is vivid and pure, without veering into artificial sweetness. Nectar of the chocolate gods, no exaggeration. I’ll be revisiting this one for sure.
Oh my God—I just poured my second of six, and yeah… this is delicious. I honestly wasn’t expecting this, but it grabbed me immediately.
Yeah I don't know what happened to the rest of those cans because this my last... I thought I'd review my notes...
This one fits my pallet They nailed it...
I just poured the second half of three IPAs down the drain so I could enjoy this one...

Poured from a can into a pint glass. Pours pitch black with a small off white head. Smells of creamy milk chocolate. Tastes of chocolate with some coffee. Beer is light bodied and easy drinking, good carbonation. Overall, a very good beer.
