"Organic", bottle-conditioned, 500ml brown bottle. BB 19/05/2007, served in a straight imperial pint glass.
A: well-presented--clear dark orangey golden hue w/ almost zero disturbance from bottle-conditioning yeasts, topped with an ever-lasting, thick creamy off-white froth, leaving tight lacing as it slowly settles; carbonation remains constantly lively full of med-sized bubbles.
S: aromatic hoppiness, full of sour-tangy citric fruits (with milder tinge of grassiness) to go with perfumy yeast esters, a slight musty note, on top of syrupy pale-malty backbone. Overall, fruity, fresh, and lively hoppy.
T: softly spritzy texture of sour exotic fruits, citrus, followed by a mildly aromatic biscuity aftertaste of malts mixed very well with a chewy/dryish yeasty tang and moderate-but-deepening hop bitterness... chewy finish.
M&D: the texture is slightly more spritzy for my taste, yet accompanying the fresh fruity flavour profile quite well. A med-bodied, moderately-flavoured, well-hopped, and well bottle-conditioned beer by Hepworth (which does the contract brewing for Ridgeway). Although this is certainly not Hepworth's best RAIB, it's still worth a try.

Tea color, slightly hazy. A finger of white foam.
In the smell, tea, delicate and pleasant. Then earthy hop.
At the taste some more hop, and again the tea and earthy effect.
Soft.
In the aftertaste a mlaty note, with a quite herbal hop.
Note of grapefruit, and a light pepper.
