Another Pilsener interpretation from this very good brewpub. The darker look of this Pilsener is almost identical to the look of thick iced tea, but a bit more clear. Displaying less hops sense than the Royal Bohemian Pilsner. Still the head is substantial and the lacing superior for a Pilsener style beer.
The nose is less hoppy than most Pilseners and quite a bit higher in malting. The flavor is less well balanced by the hops and tends more toward its sweet side. But overall the body is good and medium with a nice finish, the beer quite drinkable, and a good brew overall.
