Here's a beer style you'll not find in every brewpub in America. Hoppers outdoes themselves with this excellent offering, moving well beyond great ales offered by many a fine brewpub and into the rare lambics area.
The beer comes with the appropriate glassware and the beautiful look of hazy amber topped by a frothy white head. The brew laces with gusto and throughout the glass.
The nose is deliciously fruity and tangy, alluring in its wafting scents. This is followed by a marvelous flavor that displays not only the fruit sense but the tangy tartness of a nice lambic style. The feel is medium and gives nice finish to each sip. Drinkable to a fault, it is limited only by its high ABV.
