Another of the lambics from Hoppers. This one sports a very fine looking body that is a murky garnet colr, but lacks the substantial head and lacing of the Hoppers Pear Lambic.
The nose is a berry wild ride, showing hints of raspberry and blackberry. This aroma hints of the excellent flavor to follow; again, it is berry wild, with great fruity flavors enhanced by the excellently modulated tartness. A good body feel enhances this excellent beer's drinkability.
