I had this beer on-tap in a big taster glass at Oregon Brewers Festival.
Appearance: clear light-golden hue with a light effervescence. Nice head of white foam; attractive.
Smell: grainy aroma with a light sweetness and a light noble hop character. Not bad, but a little on the sweet side.
Taste: grainy malt character with a nice balanced bitterness and a good noble hob character. The hops seem very fresh and, overall, it is a very classic example of the style. I like it.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess for the style.
Overall: a very faithful representation of a Czech Pilsner. I recommend it.
