PDX Pils is a Northern German style pilsner brewed in the northern part of Portland. Because we live in arms reach of the hop farms of the Pacific Northwest, we dry hop our Pils with Columbia hops. Graham cracker, lemon zest, and mild hop spice complement the bitterness making PDX Pils crisp & refreshing. 34 IBUs

Pours a nice clear golden color with a small head. Aroma is Pils malt and some citrus hop. Taste is crisp and clean with a touch of bitterness. Very good, have had bottle for ages BOD 7-6-2018

Golden with tiny slow bubbles and thin white foam ring.
Steel and carbon on the nose with hints of grain. Not much here.
A bit flat tasting with graphite and white crackers. Amber honey notes and hints of mandarin orange towards the finish. Slighty green grassy and straw finish.
A bit thin. Oddly dry finish considering watery texture up front leaves it feeling out of balance.
Not really a fan.

12 oz single bottle purchased from Roth’s Sunnyslope market in Salem OR $1.79 Looks like a typical American light lager..but with a nice thick and frothy head. Aromas of fresh cut hay and some citrus and caramel. Grassy hoppy taste..for a while then mellows to corn and paper. Mouth feel itself is fine but this has hardly any carbontion..not good for a pilsner/lager. Not great..many better. Carbonation would be nice to have.

On tap at PreFunk Boise. Pale golden pour with a small, airy head. Grains lead the aroma, carrying over to the taste. Some grassy, hay, meadow flavors. Hops kick in at the finish, with a nice crisp bite.
