Kettle soured with lactobacillus. Brought to a boil with salt, coriander and orange / grapefruit peel for a refreshing spicy citrus aroma and flavor.

Mini-growler fill from the 16th St. Albertson .... Hazy light golden, long lasting sudsy white head.... initially tart aroma highlights some wheaty essence... light coriander but the citrus notes are the bigger player... salt is present but is more of a tie that binds.... Dangerously drinkable.
